We have had conversations of a 'general nature' like make sure to consider depreciation recapture, talk over whether a higher price and lower interest rate or the opposite would be best tax wise etc....

New roof, new flooring throughout, removed popcorn ceilings, 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, replumbed, new lighting, all new doors and trim and a ton of paint.

Naturally, this is all non-recourse.
