Just as an update to this feed, after 3 months of implementation, thousands of dollars of investment into Appfolio, and time and effort on the part of us and our employees, we decided to cancel Appfolio and continue with Buildium, our current system.The implementation process was excruciating, and ultimately, when we were supposedly "up and running", it was still not working, AT ALL.Here are the problems we had with Appfolio:Zero support:  If you have a question about a current system, or God forbid something isn't working correctly, they send you to a video that explains how it would work, if it was working correctly.

There are tree farms here where they harvest pulp for paper, and they re-plant, but the typical here is re-planted by God.

Our dreams is to be totally financially independent using the cash flow of our investments when my husband retires (navy/god willing) in 15 years.We have not been able to make multi plexus work but have done VERY well turning class A single families homes into a viable strategy for us.

I now have a pretty god Idea of what to do when I set things up.

Timeline: (10 years)At the end of my journey (God willing) I will be 53 years old and $500,000 of passive income a year!
