But I bet you could find many more that succeed locally than out of state, and more that fail out of state than do succeed.

Depending on what you pick out for tile I bet you can do this for $7-10 a sq ft or cheaper. 

BUT, if the area is showing all the homes over 300, while it's off, you can bet it's not a 125K neighborhood.  

Then use google translate to put English on the left column and Spanish on the right column.

I bet the water bill cost more than my rent did.

I bet they showed a picture of their family in some super nice looking rural setting and why are we doing this because Everyone wants to spend more time with their kiddos etc etc.. me personally not so much by the time they are teenagers the last thing they want is to spend time with us old duds
