Hello all, I just wanted to share with you a piece I wrote about BTR trend in Sunbelt states...would love to hear your thoughts about it.The Sunbelt states of the United States are currently experiencing a housing conundrum, a cocktail of high interest rates (approaching 7%) and dwindling housing supply that's reshaping the real estate landscape.

I received a letter from HOA stating that the truck cannot be parked outside the property as this is against HOA rules.

@Jay Dhanak - I'm in Edmonds and have been doing proformas all week on investing "locally" versus out of state at aprox. the same price points. 

As a beginner, you can learn a lot from your uncle with a few rentals in another state or a co-worker who's on their second house hack.

If you want easy don’t buy properties out of state.

Buyers from about any state you can think of are buying here..some moving, a lot just buying for an investment.
