Mine gets used frequently for lenders but, more importantly, it helps guide financial decision making, from buying a new cell phone to investment strategy decisions.  

I guess that comment exists for whichever class you invest in.

Balance that with the caveat that the smallest title company out there may not have as many resources, experience, and the potential for an issue of mismanagement will go up.In general you want to find an attorney who specializes in real estate and a title officer that primarily does commercial or residential (which ever your deal is).
