I am finding about 10-15 vacant or abandoned properties daily but having a tough time getting accurate contact information.What websites, systems, subscriptions or tactics can I be using to find accurate contact info for the decision makers of these properties?

Now lets get to where we are stuck at, so far we have created our L.L.C, created our website & attended a couple seminars, done a ton of research online/ rich dad poor dad, the millionaire real estate investor, retire early with real estate just to name a few.

If you have a website, make sure your FB connects to it.I do like Scott's take on segmenting, that is highly valuable for your budget and effective overall.

I have got a task to grow online presence of a real estate website dreamamerica.com in local areas of selected USA states including Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Nevada.

It states on the website it’s the nations number one leading real estate transaction company which concerns me with competition and having the prices of these properties to just be bided up higher than any smart investor would pay.

Maybe like a website that could tell you about all different areas (exp. average cost per sq ft. of a paticular area). 

When we are looking at the county appraiser's website it has both listed as "duplex/4plex", my question is: is that a placeholder for any property that is more than a SFR but less than a commercial 5+ unit or should I be wary that this may be misrepresented and/or used to be two four-plexes and could affect future taxes.Thank you to anyone who has any insight!

@Katy Reid I just took the upfront cost (On City of PS website) and divided by 12 but it actually would have been paid in full not monthly.  

I check the SEC, FINRA, ratings websites for inside information on the principals in the company.
