are you getting any traffic at all, any feedback?

Their documentation on their web page describing all of the processes is excellent.

I too have been enticed by the GuRU path, but I have found so much info here on BP and on the web and in books, that it has become quite enjoyable and exciting to learn through soaking it up by reading and listening to what others have experienced, both the good and the bad!

Congress has a high traffic count so that might play into it some as getting in and out of the driveway can be a pain at times.

The market is red hot right now so if you are sitting on the market more than a week or so with now traffic or offers something is off.  

In my experience, most of these BEC scams result from someone in the transactions computer having been compromised and the fraudsters laying back and watching the email traffic and choose the best time to send out the phony email at just the right time to the party holding the money be it the title agent, the buyer, the lender or one of the attorneys involved. 

However, Lowering price (or raising it ) can change the traffic.   

Contacting owners directly through some method (direct mail, post cards, SEO/web ads, etc.) to find "off market deals" is the usual recommendation for this.And I think there's some truth to that, and opportunity in it - but at this late stage of the market, you should know if you go this road there's a lot of competition so you will likely have to spend months of consistent effort to eventually find something acceptable.

Was it traffic Master ? 

Concord also has a race track that brings in an influx of traffic and revenue during the year.
