Rules of the loan don't seem to care about this (as long as you qualify credit wise).I'm new at this stuff and have been doing extensive research over the past few months, because I'm in the process of searching for that first multifamily to purchase using an FHA loan.Two additional important points:FHA lending rules have some variation from state to state.  

It is kind of hard to do a trial and error  ith these to figure out if going to 8pm would be helpful, since the property needs to be in a pretty specific location....though I do have another one in a couple weeks that it will work for, so I will have had 3 in a pretty short time.

Keep in mind you will have trial and error.

Those type of sites are generally not free though, although you can usually get a free trial to test them out.Best of luck.

@Rohme WilliamsThere are many variations of how private lenders deals are structured.  

There is variation depending who is in charge. 

You can do these trials with lease structures, materials & finishes used for a rehab, trying different service providers, etc.

I don't settle, I take it to trial. 

@John Barrows I don’t think free trials are considered false and misleading advertising but in this case I might be wrong since you’re a broker and I’m an agent.

If the case goes to trial I would probably win but then collecting what is owed is another issue.
