For those of you who have traveled this path before, can you recommend what MHP resources/materials/study courses that you feel are exceptional and comprehensive in scope and that would provide me with all the knowledge that I need to make an educated decision on buying a MHP?

Were I going to eviction court I'd present the lease clause as proof I had such a right to enter, and then point out that such a breach (bad smells and annoying barking) could affect the habitability of the premises as well as the rights of my other tenants, and so needed immediate attention.From what I read, small claims courts differ greatly.

Problem is I dont think your average American realizes this, unless you travel abroad, or buy/trade/deal with over seas companies, this doesnt affect you directly, even though it does in the big picture, I still have a dollar in my wallet and its no different then the dollar I had last week, last month, even last year.
