I see my friends' careers blossoming and as happy as I am for them, the thought of completing school and heading to a 9-5 is dreadful.

If you are interested in building a real estate practice - its an excellent career that will certainly facilitate your investing but takes 100% focus to establish.  

Both my wife and I work and we are looking to get into rental properties so we can change careers and focus more on our kids. 

Personally, I loved the vision: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living.

We are both just under 30 years old, I have a steady, decent paying job, excellent credit, but his career is uncertain and we both have a good amount of student loans.  

How's your real estate career moving along?

I'm hoping to combine all of my experiences into a career in real estate investing, although I'm not sure whether full or part time is best for me currently.Out of my current resources I currently have more time than money and am very interested in starting out as a bird dog or any other way I can be of service.
