Handy PDF, I reference it daily.Note that if you own 4 or more financed properties, you can bump those multi unit down payment requirements by 5%.This is a "soft guideline," meaning that while I can't necessarily point you to any guideline (it may exist, idk), AUS calls for that every single time it comes up.Also note that this is just for fnma.

Don't go soft on this, if you were clear and it's outlined in the lease then call and figure out what's going on being nice about things but you should impose your late fee if they failed to pay.
