Never be afraid to shop around.

There is a lot to do in Chattanooga- museum, aquarium, baseball stadium, theater, downtown shopping, plus Atlanta and Nashville are only 2 hours away. 

I had been shopping Gulf Shores but avoiding Fort Morgan bc I assumed it would not do as well.

Had to pay $925 for an enormous dying elm tree removal on house #3 (Wally) and that was after I saved 575 by shopping around and going with a craigslist guy.  

Get your ducks lined up then go shopping your just trolling for someone to tell you what you want to hear with no regard to reality.

$40 for the bag and then ~$200 for pick up? 

In fact, many sellers will not even consider an offer without an attached pre-approval letter.Before shopping for a home, make sure you have a pre-approval letter from your lender.

They can shop your loan to 20-30 or more lender contacts they have built up over the years.  

I like that I don't have to shop for tenants right away but with obvious concerns. 

It’s not booming as much as Boise but it does have a 40% owner 60% rental population because of the College Of Southern Idaho, the recently built hospital and 4 brand new schools and the rumors of a large company setting up shop.
