I feel like I must have done something wrong and want to try again.Is it Propstream as the skiptracer that's the problem?

Do I start reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" which seems to be a popular book in this business?

Maybe try visiting and showing your face so you're not just a random OOS investor if you feel they're taking advantage of that.

From what I've learned so far, flips are generally considered one of the better investments in this type of market (please feel free to correct me if my understanding is wrong!).

Because I live in MD, I want to start investing in that market or in DC, because I feel I know both markets.
