It looks like a compilation of reports, so the results may not support each other.However, I certainly support your primary assertion that most properties could/should consider the benefit of allowing pets, at least of a certain size/type.

HOAs can also enact rules restricting rentals - many of them don't allow any type of short-term rentals (if you were considering AirBnb).

Not to say i can't find a duplex here, but i'd like to find something with 3-4 units.Having said that, I know other states have a better abundance of these types of properties that are less expensive.
