I think Lake Harmony does allow it but not sure if the resort has different rules. 

We are looking at some 2 Bedroom Condos at the Snow Ridge Resort, Jack Frost, Lake Hamony PA as a investment income propety and at times escape for us.

@Matthew Edge yes that is what I have heard that orlando is still a good market however a theme is a must and it has to be in one of the resort areas that has many amenities 

I recommend starting with 2 things: reading a couple of books about investing to get you a clearer idea of what you want to be doing, as well as attending a local real estate meetup to start meeting local players. 

I spread it out between the big players..chase, BofA, Amex, etc.
