Does anyone have any information or tips on how to file an ejectment, take possession, insure the home etc. 

We still take money orders in our drop box or offices but I've seriously considered getting rid of all in person payments due to the fact we have so many options for paying online / at store.

Later on, it was learned that some of the managers, and officers who accepted the low ball offers were actually taking cash payoffs to do it.

You need to call a mortgage broker or loan officer, or a few of them for that matter.
