I say this because a layman can easily confuse the two and think  that the title company holds the title.That, however, gives the original poster a possible way to check out the **** and bull story that nut job applicant is telling.

I would prefer my agent take the lions share here since this is my incentive to him to sell it faster and for more money but I don't know if that's legal either.My fears in this are:First of all is any of this legalSecondly would he have to disclose this information to the buyers agent before they make an offer because just disclosing this information to the buyers agent would signal to them that my goal is $1M for this property.My thoughts are this would really motivate my agent to really push this property and get it sold quickly and I don't mind sharing the fruits of this extra labor.

In Sunny Florida, it is virtually impossible to get a professional mover to move an older MH.It is also difficult to make money with Sandwich leases on mobile homes in parks, with high prevailing lot rents.There may be lower hanging fruit.

Meaning she is ok with the status quo, and I can play with the asset outside of that..My goal, and she supports the concept is to buy more, likely small MFH, so that in 10-20 years as I get into college for my kids  painbox, and  retirement, my cashflow will start really bearing fruit
