Well it is a 2 unit with 2 b/1 b property. have a lot to do with it, fully rehab project but might be a tear down..Still thinking.Did reduce the rental cost, wasn't correct at the first place.

So, for now, I'm saving up, building my credit score, and looking for ways to get more experience.There is a lot to learn from everyone's posts on this thread, and there are a lot of great ideas for getting more experience.

I would add that you should be saving a lot to poise yourself financially and seriously considering a house-hack in the next couple years.

This is a lot to think about but if you are going to buy and house hack might as well put some work in on the front end.

As we manage a lot of single family units I can tell you the by the room places are a lot to manage.

This is an area I have a lot to learn.

There are people who make 10x what you make who would look at the $ amount and say, yeah, I get that is a lot to some people lol.  25% is massive.The one thing posters never post about is the condition of their property compared to those that are fresh on the market.
