Well it is a 2 unit with 2 b/1 b property. have a lot to do with it, fully rehab project but might be a tear down..Still thinking.Did reduce the rental cost, wasn't correct at the first place.

There are people who make 10x what you make who would look at the $ amount and say, yeah, I get that is a lot to some people lol. 25% is massive.The one thing posters never post about is the condition of their property compared to those that are fresh on the market.
