I know this real estate investing lifestyle will not be easy but "easy is lazy,"  (Rich Dad) and we’ve all heard, what’s said to be challenging builds growth and is well worth the fight.

I'll see him this weekend and find out if he knows of anything out there.House hacking is easy, but there are some tips and things to watch out for.

Fees should be clearly stated, easy to understand, and justifiable.

Risk aside, bringing the cash to the deal is the easy part.

Many times it is easy to lose sight of this very basic concept, and as a result, mean great real estate deals are lost.

I always assumed it was easy. 

Investors are flooding into every market, due to the easy access to capital and free cash that many have. 

If you have to go buyer leads—expect it to cost more and you’ll want to create a couple “lead magnets” like free “how to sell in 5 easy steps your house guide” or “Inexpensive upgrades for a huge ROI on house sale price” or something like that to incentive people to fork over they’re information or like your page.

Generate way more leads than you need, then cherry pick the easy ones.
