Management companies are honestly not necessary until you have multiple units and I am a strong believer that you should manage your own first few properties because then you will know and understand what a good vs bad management company is.

If LL gave honest feedback this requirement would be unnecessary. 

Yeah the regular pay, overtime and benefits were nice at a w2 but honestly I can work 3 days a week for myself and still make more than working 5.
