I have many friends stay in cambria or Los osos for holidays and always tell me they want to buy land after looking on Zillow, no one understands the building and living restrictions.

For me REI is an opportunity to build wealth & remove some of the barriers that come with the corporate world has such as having to work Holidays and being away from family for long periods on the weekend.

It seems there has definitely been an upswing in East Coasters coming back to revisit the island and lots of Boriquas taking Holiday vacations and special occasions for short and long term rentals.
