I think with the right set of hands and eyes, this place can easily carry itself and put a few dollars in my pocket.

There are opportunities everywhere, you just have to train your eyes to spot them, your brain and mouth to create them, and your arms and legs to execute them.Yes, your market is expensive, and for good reason ... there is high demand and perpetually limited supply of housing.

What's your favorite sites to use for keeping your eye on the market (ie Zillow, Realtor.com, etc).

Don't pay anything up front and make sure you keep an eye out for anything he does and/or DOESN'T do.

Without eyes on it's a guessing game and one you don't want to play with real money. 

Being a marketing major I know how to bring eyes to a business .
