December we are focusing on wholesaling and we have a number of wholesalers in the group.

We are collecting the owed rent in payments and holding it to be applied toward the tenant's last month's rent.

Of course, if you apply leverage (debt) to these investments then the returns will be better than 7 or 8 percent (which is why we are in this business in the first place). 

We are definitely a military-friendly community with the three Air Force installations plus the Army base.

We are looking to perhaps move into a larger place, and rent out our original duplex, which would increase our monthly cash flow even more.
