Too damn many is the right answer - luckily my spam filter serves me welll in catching them so I don't have to experience the dread of resding each of them.But even worse is the fact that the other forms of spam (unsolicited ads for watches, male enlargement, pharmaceuticals, etc) show a marked increase after any time I have "subscribed" to some pitchman's new "offering".

I was using the yellow letter marketing technique in 2007 and I was getting a very good response....then all of a sudden...nothing....went 4 months with no response.....My question is....Does the yellow letter still work for you guys?

I believe the confusion lies in the "assignment of mortgage" technique commonly know as a "mortgage assignment" and the "assignment of beneficial interest" (I've done hundreds of these) in "subject to" transactions.
