It was tough for me to run the numbers on this property because I didn't know how to deal with a situation like this where there wasn't a separate meter, water heater, etc., for each unit.

I was looking into the Residential Landlord and Tenant ordinance but it was unclear to me if my situation applies to it since it states "The ordinance covers most rental properties located in Chicago except units in owner-occupied buildings with six units or less; most units in hotels, motels and rooming houses, dormitories, shelters, employees' quarters, and non-residential rental properties, and owner-occupied co-ops".

If he is neither, you probably won’t be able to get a good deal. left to the kids.. those are tough ones.. as it probably takes a consensus to sell. hang in there wear them down !!!

These lumber producing companies were trying to ramp production up while creating a safe work place because of COVID-19 and for some employees it made sense to stay at home because of safety reasons and/or unemployment benefits.

Bad credit isn’t necessarily an issue, have funded folks as low as 500, tough situations for some during covid, but doesn’t mean a good investment can’t be had.
