Obviously carpet can be destroyed ,but if it is older dirty. is it better to just get it cleaned good ?

I am buying this home to help my sister out, who is going through a divorce and has had her finances and credit destroyed by her ex, so living in it is not an option.

A manufactured home (at least the ones I dealt with) start as a vehicle and then when the foundation is poured and it's attached to it and all the axles and wheels are taken off, they "destroy" the title and convert the house to real estate.

Tenant’s insurance policy needs to include liability insurance.I also tell every new tenant the story of a house I had where the tenant was gone all night and arrived home at 8am to find the house destroyed by water.
