I also HATE going to a physical office to go to in-person training at my KW office because it disrupts the flow of my day and derails my efficiency. eXp has all the training online, which is ultra-convenient.

I rent in popular neighborhoods that also happen to be convenient and close to the base.

I think it’s a up and coming market, and closer to home, which is convenient too!

The advantage of having a washer at home is convenience, not necessarily cost.

I think they would find it more beneficial and convenient if they were able to log into a portal and pay directly online instead of having to go directly to a bank branch (I do not allow them to mail me checks).

When I asked the next day when would they give me the key, and even offered to come get it from them, or meet them somewhere more convenient. they said they had a couple things in there and would let me know.

We choose this for convenience.
