Hello, I am looking for input from those who have used online rental payment applications for their tenants to pay their rent.

They should explain why they took a permit application from someone not authorized to submit one for that company.

Just wanted to say hello to the BP community!

BP is filled with information and the community is eager to share. 

I'd stated the occupancy limit on the property is 4 adults and was a bit unprepared when he filled out the application with 6 total people (himself, wife, and 4 kids).

I posted only once so far offering to find someone off market properties here in San Antonio, however that comment was removed because I didn't read the rules and realize that type of comment is supposed to be in the classfieds section.I've learned a lot so far and I hope to add some value to the REI community here at BP.
