Are you attending any of the meetings in the Orlando area?

You need to sit down and map out all the known events that happen throughout your day (For example: gym at 6:30am, public speaking class at 7:45am, lunch at 12pm, etc.)

Once I have everything finalized with the venue then I will post a meetup link to confirm your attendance.

Attend a free class at JaxREIA and speak to local investors there. 

You can find a local REI group to start attending through this site or the Meetup app. 

You should do a local search for the Riverside area and attend a local REIA meeting around you.

I believe its December 31 2026 it becomes a taxable event regardless of if you've sold the property or not.
