Have any fellow wholesalers used a VA to answer phones and/or follow up with leads, make offers, analyze deals, etc?

I doubt many people in California were looking to invest out of state back then because the popular perception was that buying for appreciation in California was a no-brainer.

Example, an investor that is into equities (the stock market), and very good at analyzing securities and company fundamentals, they may cringe at the very idea of delegating stock picks and may prefer the hands on direct approach in determining which securities to invest in. 

This became a popular theory here in Fl a few years ago, not surprisingly heavily promoted by foreclosure defense attorneys drumming up more clients.  

On the west coast airbnb is popular.

Networking is the key here on BP, as I found it 4 years ago, I have since done deals, analyzed deals, and been mentored by people I have met on here. 

After 3 months, I feel like I can now at least have an intelligent conversation about the topic, and I'm getting pretty good at analyzing properties.

And how would you analyze and comp for an offer.

I love to research deals, and analyze market trends... so I lean towards "buy & hold" investing.
