Some markets are so flat that prices move slow than a retreating glacier. so positive cash flow is the major reason to even buy them and risk management etc.

I've heard it can take almost double the time to flip there than in the mainland.Just doing a few project in the Bahamas.It's very slow and all on island time.It's also about "who" you know and no "what".Numbers work well and it really is paradise.Thanks and much success.ps.
