Is there an app out there that I can quickly scan a receipt into an accounting system and have the ability to toggle between different properties?

Beside the cost of a new home, the other costs seem to add up quickly.

I had some guy rent a room in my house and he failed to mention he worked nights - I quickly realized this when he'd arrived home at 5 AM making too much noise. 

Maybe ask him who they use for quick turnaround items.
