I began working for a property management company 5 months ago to help them develop their online marketing.I'm working on an email marketing campaign geared towards building relationships with realtors and promoting our realtor referral program, and we use a company called eCampaign Pro to send out email blasts to registered real estate agents.Since I am somewhat new to the real estate industry I am trying to wrap my head around the DOs and DON'Ts of networking, self-promotion, etc...That being said, I want to learn from some of you real-estate agents:Are any of you registered on any of these realtor lists?

You also mentioned VRBO, but I would say in an eclectic market like yours, I would make sure you are promoting on AirBNB as well if you are not already.

You can also offer a pure split.Whomever is providing the debt (assuming it is recourse debt) should also get a portion of the profits, and the promoter is going to get a portion of the profits as well as a development fee, especially for a project this size.
