Regardless of the facts of the case, when politicians refuse to follow the explicit orders of a judge, you know your local government needs to be replaced:http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2010/12/aurora-not-returning-money-it-seized-despite-a-court-order.htmlI'm pretty sure that under other circumstances, refusing a judge's order to return $200K would be punishable...but i guess some politicians are above the law.
