Honesty and integrity, loyalty, and honor.

My Goal in life is not have to worry about money and give back to my community .I am hoping to find Mentors,  Investors, Brokers, Agents, Property Managers, Attorneys, CPA to be part of my Team.I bring to the table 22 years experience in Construction as DC, MD and VA Master Electrician , Integrity, Capital,I Speak English and Spanish.

The biggest hurdle was finding an accounting system so we did not have to double count in our management system in our accounting system, but also have them integrate.

After that, I use Zapier to trigger gmail to send an email to the guest with links to Welcome Letter and all that good stuff.Zapier has integrations with DocuSign as well so you can probably do something similar.

In the end it comes down to personal choice and I chose integrity and subscription to the code of ethics.

Essentially, I'm trying to figure out how to integrate the two.

I was very happy with all of the integrations.

Finally, once I get data and a dialer, can anyone tell me how you then integrate with your CRM for drip campaigns and other marketing?  

You could integrate that with Google calendar, with also work with X.ai, which @Sagiv O. mentioned above.
