There are several reasons: ever increasing sky high tuition costs, jobs that don't require a college degree (coding, social media influencer, YouTubers, trade jobs) that are paying high salaries without the student loan debt, smaller families (parents having 1-2 kids instead of 2-3 kids).There are studies out there projecting the demise of large percentages of colleges and universities across the country in the coming decade.Anyway, food for thought.

In one of the upstairs apartments we found an unused top level (finished attic) room that clearly had mice living there - which opens into the unit and the tenant had mouse traps at the door that led there.We didn't see evidence of mice in any of the other units, however in one of the units the tenant was out when we came, was very much a mess with old food, garbage, old cans, and garbage piled up in every room.
