Right now, buy and holds look the best due to the fact of cash flow for my future and enables me to grow. whether I land lord myself or have a company do it.... that will be interesting to see.I have the ability to go anywhere i would like after the military.

There are other online databases that are more current but many of these are membership based - though some offer trial memberships so you can take a look around.

I have been browsing the MLS database for a few months now strictly searching for duplexes to live in one half and rent the other, but haven't found any I would personally want to live in, and am now extending my search to single family units.

This would save money in numerous places of the construction and also enable the builder to have vaulted ceilings and such since there would be no mechanicals or ducts in the attic.
