New to real estate, and been approved for loan in Orlando, Fl
Hi, BP
My name is Ricardo, and I've recently been approved for a VA home Loan. I"m pretty excited because, this will be my first property. At the same time I'm kind of clueless about the Orlando market. Right now I noticed that the market here is HOT!! Everything is selling fast, and sellers for the most part are getting what they want.
Currently I need help finding a home that I can eventually rent out within 6months. I don't have much capital to do any rennovating. I'm not sure if Condos, or Single-family homes would give me the best returns or what? If anyone could help/mentor/advice I would appreciate it.
