(driving to our buildings, going to home depot, etc)Should we buy or lease are next car? 

If anyone has any suggestions about this idea pls let me know and please excuse me as I am new to real-estate and not familiar with all the terms.Some potential ideas for the new home would be a mobile home unit or one of those home depot home kits. 

Just a few examples:-Covered patio-Pavers vs bare concrete-Swimming pool-Hot tub-Gas fire pit-Raised garden beds-Putting green-Dart board-Artificial turf (with corn hole)-BBQ-Umbrellas-Ample seatingThis is my long winded way of saying, you are not over doing this.

Maybe a grade above the bottom at home depot on the cabinets and the basic countertops.

Many claim they do not charge a markup, but then aren't transparent with invoices, etc. 1) If a PMC charges $x hourly, their markup is built into that hourly rate as they are NOT paying their workers that hourly rate.2) Many PMC's send you ONLY their invoice, or from their wholly owned maintenance company, not the underlying invoices from Home Depot and contractors.

Considered crushed gravel for a sitting/fire pit area or even a rock garden.  

The same goes for the expensive, organic, foofoo wool we shoved in the wall as insulation instead of the cheap stuff from Home Depot.

Contractor requested home depot reloadable gift card loaded with my money to keep and buy all supplies and now will not provide receipts for those purchases.
