@Kevin ChristensenI took my hubby dreaming,,,we went to a much nicer neighborhood and looked at the model homes, then i sat with him and explained how we could have one,,,you can do the same with Disney Cruises and other expensive family fun,,she has to feel the dream,,then give her short term spurts of fun things to look forward to....if you deliver on the small things she will believe in you and follow your dream for the big things.

I traded a bunch of oak tree's on my Oregon Tree farm to a custom hard wood mill .. who then milled me the most awesome custom white oak floors.. random lengths of 6 to 10 feet random widths I mean this stuff was gorgeous and you simply cant buy it.I have it shipped down to Napa valley from Oregon.... and delivered to a parking lot of a friend of mines winery .

We use Shipt to order supplies and have them delivered to our place when our cleaner is there cleaning so she can restock.You can have a backup lockbox for emergencies as well.

You can’t even get concrete delivered without a 1.5 month lead time right now in Sevier County.

I don't know if it differs by the state, but I'm 99% sure in FL that once notice by A owner is delivered to tenants, it carries over during a sale somewhat similar to a lease. 

If you did it on the cheap with garage sale furniture, maybe not so much, but if you ordered online all of it and had it delivered....probably closer to making the numbers work.
