When something breaks, you have to file a claim and wait for them to schedule one of their "approved" providers.

It took us a while to get our drawings approved by the city (about 3 months). 

My concern, I feel like if I don't make a shift somehow, I will lose potential deals in the future as a result of not getting the needed approvals.

There is so much red tape from permits, codes, zoning, engineering, environmental approval, etc.I wonder if it is by design or if our delegates are living in a bubble.

There is some risk in that we will be closing on the land before it is rezoned, but we've already met with the city and feel confident that we'll get our project approved.
