Value of sewer easement
Seeking advice…
A local developer is trying to build a subdivision on land that is behind a home that I own. They have approached me and asked if they could tap into the city sewer line for their development and have also asked for an easement. They said they would compensate me for this.
How do I know what is a fair price? Is there any risk of allowing them to do this? What type of professional would I consult to help me evaluate this?
