Hi Adam...im in a gruop thst meets about once a month in thr NY metro area...its basically to meet face to face so you can get a feel for who you are dealing with because the nature of this type of business, the majority of our interactions are done remotely, as I'm sure you are well aware of.

These require more of a personal interaction and deeper digging that involves websites like OpenCorporates or the Secretary of State websites.There are some skip tracers that can do this.

I've been an avid listener of the Bigger Pockets Podcast for a while now and I'm excited to finally start interacting with the community.

I’m extremely hard working if it’s something I enjoy doing and aspire to get better at (such as this), I'm a very big people person, i like to talk and am good at making friends and interacting, i also have a more math type of brain.

I am actively learning about the topic, reading and podcasts are great but I also want to interact personally.

They handle the guest interaction during reservation process, collect monies, and after stay reviews.  

Smaller companies can do so much more for you and guests really love having personalized interaction and a number to call. 

An excellent example is the interaction between an "as is" clause and the Real Estate Seller Disclosure Law ("RESDL").
