Aspiring Investor - Where or how to start in creative finance

I am actively learning about the topic, reading and podcasts are great but I also want to interact personally. I don't have a lump sum of money saved up to use. I do think I can get into creative financing but the route I am not sure of yet that is what I am educating myself for!

Is there anyone willing to share brief experience or information on beginning this journey of investing with or without creative financing
