I do have a lot of credit inquiries from shopping around for loans a bit too much, and the idiots over at quicken loans made two hard inquiries in the same day when I talked to two different "agents".

I recently signed up new tenants on a 12-month lease, starting in June, for the upper level unit of a duplex I own.The lease signing at a local coffee shop was the first time I had met the tenants.

I mean learn how credit works, build a decent FICO, learn about various conventional financing options, etc.Then 3-4 years from now, when you are out of school, have a job, good credit and a few thousand dollars, go shopping for a Homepath duplex in Claremont or Newport

I'd take a day off (of my day job) and try to  make it up there if it is... sounds like some good IE folks talking shop...

I say this because my family is in Kansas and it is where I would like to set up shop.

Two quotes can hardly be considered to be shopping thoroughly.
