It is a completely different thing  to have a callous and arrogant attitude towards things you don't understand, completely trivialize the  significance and prevalence of  rape and sexual assault in our society and the potentially  imbalanced power dynamic between men and women  in this type of situation, especially for someone just starting out ( and is very petite and practically looks like a child), and  to  imply that any assault you have experienced in  life is your own fault.

Before you sign praises about a scamming business process in a regulated area of social importance to society you might do more reading here and catch the tone and tenor of the professionalism of investors and those attempting to learn real estate, this isn't a boat rental site.And yes, things have changed under the Dodd-Frank Act, and when that doesn't apply, the laws pertaining to predatory dealing and financing do, on each and every deal without any exceptions.

I would use an llc like 1st American mortgage etc etc have you attorney actually be your registered agent.Second if you do have debt on the homes, having multi able llc 's does not stop someone from filing claims against all of your llc's does not mean they will win but as stated above they can "perce the corporate vail" come after you personally or all entities if they are not run exactly by the operating agreement.
