Focus on the process!

its very hard to use the rule out here(for me at least), so really dont rely on the rule focus more so on the numbers making sense without the rule in the equation thats just me

Hello Angelo,I want to focus mostly on Multi Family Buy and Hold but I realize with my certain situation I will probably have to do a little flipping and Buy and Holding of SFR and work my way up to the bigger prizes.

So Google “real estate meet ups Baltimore” , pick several and go network.In addition to defining your strategy/focus as Ned mentions above,  another action step is to lay out the steps you need to complete (preferably in priority order) to set yourself up for a faster ramp up in your area of focus.  

But if you are looking to grow your portfolio fast I would focus on Sandwich Lease Options and Joint Venture money partners.

I would focus on using facebook ads.And finally, probably the most important, you need a good converting website / landing page.

It really helped me get a good foundation and also helped me to select my target area to focus on.
