Make sure if it's separate locked living space for deceased tenant you secure the area after the sheriff has released it , I'd take my own photo's showing what's in the space.

While you are looking at the property, add it to a List, and take at least one photo - the photo is useful both for remembering the property and for use in marketing to the owner.

you can set that up now but until the unit is ready to market or 2 week before at the earliest is about the soonest you'll need one.Hire your friend to oversee the project take photo's and email you progress reports.Give your contractor deadline and remember it's not cheap to do cheap it's twice as expensive to switch it out.
