Hello All. My name is Austin. I plan on getting into the real estate market in 2017 as a buy and hold investor. I want to invest in residential properties from VA up to NY, primarily in NJ/PA. I'm looking forward to learning from and working with you all.

Also, I'm an attorney in the NJ area. Hopefully, I can help out the community by answering some legal questions!
