So heartening to see a 15 year old looking at the road ahead instead of just sitting and watching TV or doing who knows what?!

A very personal question, and one that cannot be: "watch tv all day", it's a good question to keep asking myself.

I like how we are still looking to move forward with our lives when when the axe drops, and the horses run free.I am going on the assumption that everyone I talk to, is hammered in the media frenzy and still thinking that the talking heads on TV or your favorite FB type outlet have any clue at all.

Say it louder for some of the supposedly brilliant investors in the back who are too busy watching slanted TV to know better.Round and round the world turns.

@Eric IppolitoHearing this makes me want to furnish my C & D class properties with furniture and TV's...and charge an extra $250 a month...

Too many "guru's", fix n flip tv shows, weekly meet-ups, etc etc....they don't listen to people like me and you.

Fact is negative events (cat fights, violence, conflicts, bad news etc) have been craftily used to drive up eyeballs and ratings for reality TV shows.

I love the TV show Nova.

I suggest you read this article and its all over the news on TV today.

In today's market, I'd also look at the severity of COVID in a certain market (look at city-data.com) and employment/industry breakdown (and avoid an area with high concentration of leisure and hospitality for now).
